The italian restaurant impressed me. The team was perfect. I especially appreciated the waiter. The common areas were excellent. Location was fantastic!

the room, beautiful skyline view 2 queens jungle bay waterpark access, was super spacious and neat. check-in was speedy, and the room was ready right away. the facilities? just perfect!
the coffee at breakfast was average. it took over 20 minutes to arrive and was lukewarm!

three awesome pools were there, it was always easy to find sunbeds. the gym includes all necessary equipment. the hotel also has a kid playroom and access to jungle bay waterpark.

most staff members were super friendly and polite. the housekeeping service ensures rooms are super clean every day. i got so much help from employees around, especially with my two kids today at the beach.

rajendra took excellent care of our rooms every day. the food was really good here. the hotel has nice facilities for the kids like heated pools.
the noise disturbance was very bad. the hotel is between two venues playing loud music until the early hours. sleeping was nearly impossible until the bass stopped at 3 a.m.

the breakfast buffet offered a large selection of items it included both western and local options. the on-site water park was a fun addition especially for families with kids. housekeeping was very attentive they kept the room very clean.
i found that the prices for drinks at the pool bar were high. the check-in process was slow there was a long wait.

I loved the service around the pool! Beth provided superb service. The kids loved her. Vinoth and Ashen did our housekeeping and.
Check-in took a while. None of the rooms were ready yet. I booked a skyline view, however I was on the 1st floor. There was a massive tree in front of the balcony. I couldn't see anything. I could just see grass.
